R100 Discount on First Booking

Customers may receive R100 off their first cleaning service booking.

The discount is only valid once per customer.

This promotion is available for a limited time and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

The offer is only valid if four (4) bookings are made upfront or scheduled in advance.

The promotion applies only to the following property types:

• Small Bedroom Home
• Medium Bedroom Home
• Large Bedroom Home
• Small Garden
• Medium Garden
• Large Garden

The offer is available to new customers only.

The promotion is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

Witblits Cleaning reserves the right to verify whether a customer qualifies as a new customer before applying the discount.

All four bookings must be confirmed at the time of the first booking.

Bookings are subject to availability.

If the customer does not proceed with the required four bookings, Witblits Cleaning may remove the discount or reverse the promotional benefit.

Full payment for each cleaning session is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may result in cancellation of future scheduled bookings.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice, excluding already confirmed bookings.

The promotional discount may not be used to settle overdue amounts or outstanding invoices.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Repeated cancellations may result in forfeiture of the promotional offer.

If a booking is cancelled after the discount has been applied, Witblits Cleaning reserves the right to remove or reallocate the discount at its discretion.

The promotion applies to standard residential cleaning and gardening services only.

Deep cleaning/gardening, move-in/move-out cleaning/gardening, post-construction cleaning/gardening, or additional add-on services are excluded unless otherwise stated.

Additional services requested on-site may be charged separately if they fall outside the original booking scope.

The R100 discount applies to the first eligible booking only, unless Witblits Cleaning confirms otherwise in writing.

The discount cannot be combined with any other promotion, voucher, discount, special offer, referral reward, or credit.

The discount may not be split across multiple bookings.

The discount is only valid when the customer meets all promotion requirements, including the requirement that four bookings are made upfront or scheduled in advance.

Witblits Cleaning reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or withdraw the promotion if abuse, misuse, duplicate accounts, false information, or suspicious booking activity is suspected.

Customers may not create multiple profiles, use different contact details, or make bookings on behalf of others to receive the promotion more than once.

Any attempt to misuse the promotion may result in cancellation of the discount and refusal of future promotional offers.

All bookings remain subject to worker availability, service area availability, and operational capacity.

Witblits Cleaning may refuse or reschedule bookings where the location, timing, property condition, safety concerns, or service requirements fall outside normal operating capacity.

The promotion does not guarantee a specific cleaner, gardener, date, or time slot.

Witblits Cleaning reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

By booking a service, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

All services are provided in accordance with Witblits Cleaning’s standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

Witblits Cleaning’s decision regarding eligibility, discount application, booking qualification, cancellations, or suspected misuse will be final.

These promotional Terms & Conditions operate together with Witblits Cleaning’s standard Client Service Agreement. If there is a conflict, Witblits Cleaning may apply the term that best protects the operation of the promotion and the business.
